About the role
Founding Occupational Therapist role, fully remote telehealth, with a private practice that already runs speech pathology and is now building OT from the ground up. Full-time preferred, or part-time from 3 days per week. No location preference. Above-award salary, with a defined clinical-hours model.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy via telehealth
- Help establish the OT service alongside the existing speech pathology team
- Work across service settings as the practice grows
- Contribute to clinical processes, culture and an accessible model of care
- Manage a defined weekly clinical-hours caseload, scaled to experience
What you’ll bring
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the right to work in Australia
- Private practice experience, and comfortable in a KPI-driven model
- Some telehealth experience, or open to building it
- Genuine interest in building a new OT service from the ground up
- Passionate about holistic clinical care and meaningful client outcomes
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, growing team
- Open to full-time, or part-time of at least 3 days per week
