About the role
Two part-time mobile Occupational Therapist roles with an established multi-disciplinary allied health provider. Fully community-based with no office attendance required — one role covering a West caseload and one covering South East. Highly flexible 2–3 days per week. Candidates open to covering both regions may be considered for a full-time arrangement including a company car. Start ASAP.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver mobile / community-based occupational therapy across an aged care–focused caseload (approximately 80% aged care and 20% NDIS)
- Manage a West or South East Melbourne caseload with strong autonomy and flexible working arrangements
- Work from a home office setup — no requirement to attend a clinic office
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychology, Allied Health Assistants, Social Work, Behaviour Support and Podiatry
- Build effective relationships with clients, families and care providers in community settings
What you’ll bring
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the right to work in Australia
- Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to work fully mobile / community-based
- Experience or strong interest in aged care and/or NDIS community practice preferred
- Comfortable working independently with a home office setup
- Open to part-time (2–3 days per week); full-time considered for candidates covering both West and South East caseloads
