Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist – Clinical Lead

About the role

Exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to join a growing NDIS-registered provider and help establish and lead the OT / Speech department. You will work alongside an established allied health and specialist behaviour support network, with the vision to grow the team over time. Open to full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week).

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver high-quality OT or Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Comfortably operate as the primary (or sole) clinician for your discipline while the department is established
• Contribute to building clinical processes, team culture and service pathways
• Collaborate closely with existing multidisciplinary colleagues including behaviour support practitioners
• Take on team leader or department head responsibilities where experience and interest align
• Support future growth of the OT and Speech Pathology team

What you’ll bring

• Registered Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with approximately 2–4 years’ clinical experience (more experienced clinicians also welcome)
• Comfortable working as the sole OT or Speech Pathologist on the team while the service grows
• Interest in (or experience with) clinical leadership, team leading or department development
• Experience working with NDIS participants preferred
• Collaborative, adaptable and motivated to help shape a new clinical service stream
• Open to full-time or part-time arrangements (ideally no less than 4 days per week / 9 days per fortnight)
