About the role
Fully remote Speech Pathologist role with a growing private practice that is launching Occupational Therapy alongside an established speech pathology service. Founding-team position. Full-time preferred, or part-time from 3 days per week. No location preference. Above-award salary, with a defined clinical-hours model.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver high-quality speech pathology via telehealth
- Work across service settings as the practice grows
- Contribute to an accessible, high-quality model of care
- Collaborate with the existing speech pathology team as Occupational Therapy is established alongside
- Manage a defined weekly clinical-hours caseload, scaled to experience
What you’ll bring
- Registered Speech Pathologist with the right to work in Australia
- Private practice experience, and comfortable in a KPI-driven model
- Some telehealth experience, or open to building it
- Passionate about holistic clinical care and meaningful client outcomes
- Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, growing team
- Open to full-time, or part-time of at least 3 days per week
